Coach-led pitching development

Pitching development led by a coach, not handed off to an app.

Road to 90 demonstrates a structured process for athlete intake, coach review, draft development, approval, and delivery. Marc Joseph Sebastian makes the coaching decisions; software only organizes information and drafts internal options.

Coach-led, software-assisted

Software drafts. The coach decides.

Every plan moves through the same chain of custody. You only ever see the version a coach has approved and delivered — the rest stays on the coach's side.

State 01

Software draft

Software organizes your intake and drafts internal options for the coach — labelled, and never sent to you as-is.

State 02

Coach review

A coach edits, checks pain and workload, and refers out if needed.

State 03

Coach approved

Recorded with the coach's name and the date. A clear sign-off.

State 04

Delivered

Now visible on your dashboard — and only now.

What the coach reviews

The delivery, phase by phase.

Mechanics are reviewed against the throwing motion in sequence. Each phase gets a confident note or a flagged "to confirm" — nothing is presented as fact until the coach signs off.

Why coach-led

A young arm isn't a dataset.

Software speeds up the busywork and keeps your file organized. But the assessment, the throwing plan, and the call to refer you out for pain are made and approved by a coach. We don't guarantee velocity, and we don't present a guess as a finding.

For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian is involved and consents before any plan is delivered.

What this is not

Road to 90 is not medical care. We do not diagnose injuries, treat conditions, or replace a physician, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. Any reported pain is referred to a qualified medical professional before programming. We do not guarantee velocity or any performance outcome — "Road to 90" is a goal to work toward, not a promise. See the full disclaimers.
